Deputy Manager required for a small nursery in Henley
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager for an independent day nursery in Henley on Thames.
Your role would be to work alongside the manager to promote the aims and objectives of the nursery, support the overall day to day management of the nursery.
Requirements:
- Previous Deputy Management experience or experience as a room manager or team leader.
- Relevant childcare qualification (Minimum NNEB, NVQ3/Diploma level 3) or above or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- An understanding of safeguarding / knowledge of child protection procedures
- Good communication skills, approachable, confident and caring with a passion for working with children
The role is working over 5 days, 7.30am to 5.30/6pm.
