PLACES TO VISIT

Odds Farm Park

Pumpkin Patch Garden and pick your own pumpkin ready to carve, dare to explore Wilomena Witch’s Wicked Walk & see what other Spooky Surprises there are in store! There will also be pumpkin carving only for those who want to get into the spirit of things early on 17th & 18th October.

Blenheim Palace

There is lots of frightening fun happening at Blenheim Palace, spooky walks around the gardens with performers telling creepy tails, turnip carving and fire shows and children’s afternoon tea where sweet treats include ghost gingerbread biscuit, chocolate waffle witch hats and spooks eyeball jelly.

Cogges Manor

There’s witchery afoot at Cogges Manor as it is transformed into the Witch’s House, as if by magic! Walk through a series of spooky rooms to see where the witch lives. With lighting, sound and an array of potions, bats, spiders and a cauldron on the fire, Cogges is bringing Halloween to life again this year.

Waterperry Halloween bat hunt

Find the bats hidden around the gardens and collect a prize at the end.

Bunkers Hill Garden Centre

Pumpkintastic fun at Bunkers Hill – Vote for your favorite in the pumpkin parade, guess the weight of the biggest one – Certificate and prize for every child.

Waddesdon Manor

Enjoy pumpkin carving, a terrifying trail and spooky afternoon teas in the Manor Restaurant.

Green Dragon Rare Breeds Farm & Eco Centre

Enjoy spooky animal encounters, scarecrow trail, and pumpkin decorating.

Stoner Park

For a spooky Halloween at Stonor with a special Halloween Trail and Pumpkin Carving.

Bucks Railway Centre, Quainton

Bucks Railway are having a Halloween Trick or Treat night on the 28th and 31st October. Follow the Pumpkin Trail to find the Trick or Treat Stations, complete the activity sheet and collect your treats!

Wendover Woods

Gruffalo Spotters is an interactive trail where you can spot the signs and see what creatures you can find!

Download the new Gruffalo Spotter 2 app before your visit and watch the characters from The Gruffalo story come to life as you follow the trail.

There is also and activity kit you can purchase, packed with fun things to do to help you spot the Gruffalo.

Mursley Farm Pumpkin Festival

Get you costumes on and visit the fang-tastic Halloween grotto with carving station that’s packed with everything you could possibly need to create your very own masterpiece.

Café with hot food and soup and lots of tasty treats available to.

Chinnor Railway

If your little ones love a train journey then check out are running special train rides 29th October and 1st November at various times throughout the day. You can also private compartment options available.
